Days 33-34: Fireworks in the Rain?

Fireworks in the rain at Put-In Bay on Lake Erie.

Absolutely the biggest fireworks show we have ever seen; however, about 10 minutes in it started to rain. And by rain, we mean downpour. That didn’t stop the show.

Keith and Marcia joined us on July 3 and are sharing in our Independent Day celebrations..

View of Put-In Bay from the observation deck of the International Peace Memorial. Just a few boats hanging out.

Fabulous

The International Peace Memorial was built to honor the commitment of peace reached between Britain (Canada) and America after the War of 1812 - which took place on Lake Erie. It is a tribute to the world’s longest un-armed international border. Let us pray that remains true. It is also the third largest memorial built in the United States.

Lots of goofy fun.
