May 27: Before they could take off, both Tom and Rayma had to get the insurer’s approval of their fitness to captain their own boat. Regardless, they wanted extra lessons so they spent another two days with Jeff Lewis of ACY operating their boat around Annapolis. THEY PASSED THE TEST! Yahoo!
